How do I change my student’s current recurring lesson/class time?
Scroll to the NAVIGATION bar above and click on RESOURCES. Click on GROUP LESSONS or INDIVIDUAL LESSON open lesson time availability. *** DO NOT schedule here as the system will think you are adding another class/lesson to your Student’s Account.
Once you find an open lesson day/time, please fill out the LESSON REQUEST form below with your request.
How to Get on a Waiting List for a Particular Day, Time, Teacher Rotation, etc?
If you do not find a particular lesson time, day, teacher rotation, etc, please fill out the LESSON REQUEST form below.
Your student(s) name will be added to the waiting list for your particular request. Once the requested day, time, teacher, etc is available, the coordinator will contact person(s) in order from the date the request was received. You will have 24 hours to claim the requested lesson time. After 24 hours, it will be released to the next person on the waiting list and/or released to the public.
How do I discontinue lessons?
A 30-Day Written Notice is required when you wish to discontinue lessons with Music Pillars. To initiate the 30 Day Notice of Cancellation, you must email accounting@musicpillars.com.
